 Anyone ever use Baseball Savings online

I have tried and tried to give them my business but seems like everytime I get an email about their deals. I login see some great prices and although most of the colors are not what I want, I add about 6 to 8 items in my cart and they take my money. Next day I get an email saying most if not all the items are on backorder?
No mention of this when I am placing the order. Anyone else have issues with them?

I had that issue at the beginning of the summer season when I order two pairs of white knickers. To be fair, everyone was out of them, including the manufacturer sites; but at least everyone else was honest. After some time, I received a notice that they only had one pair. I was willing to make do with one pair; but then a few days later, I get a phone call that they are completely out and the warehouse miscounted. The only compensation for my trouble was free shipping on a future item.

Me too. Pants, gloves, batting gloves, cleats, bags...etc. Never any issues.

As a follow-up to my previous post, I did recently order a pair of shoes for myself and new batting gloves for my son. The order was fulfilled and arrived on schedule.

I've actually been there a bunch of times. Baseball Savings, The Golf Warehouse, and Soccer all in one store. You can walk in and get anything from the website right away and they usually have in store specials on a ton of product. I've always had great interactions with them in person and online. Great group of people from Wichita.

I think I would argue that Baseball Savings is the worst operation on the Internets. From the front of the web all the way to the far back corner, there is no one worse. After screwing up my previous order every way they could, and lying to me about it, for some reason I gave them another shot last week. Paid for next day shipping too. Six days later I still don't have it and they said- "We messed up your order". Gee, you think ??

Being that bad at something doesn't come natural. You actually have to work at something to be that bad.

I've used Baseball Savings regularly for over ten years and they've always been awesome. From prices to customer service, never had a bad experience.

I have had issues with them being out of stock even though the website showed several left, and also had some great experiences at great prices. Best thing to do is send them an email after you order and ask if everything can be sent at the same time and if it's in stock at this time.

I order from them several times each year. My first order was for some bat bags and I had some very specific questions for them. When they arrived they did not match what they said. I contacted customer service, explained the problem, and they shipped me different bags. The originals were credited 100% even including the embroidery costs. It was a $900+ order. They made a mistake but made it right by us.
Other orders do sometimes come in split because they don't have the full order available. Latest bat bags and pitch counters came in half within two days and the other half as backordered but they did arrive within two weeks.

Never an issue. I’ve been using them for 9 years. Give them a shot. I will agree that they don’t always have your size or color preference in stock.
