I just wanted to say MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR from Grand Slam Tournaments. As you begin to prepare for the 2010 season I would hope you would keep Grand Slam in mind. I know there are TONS of events out there each and every weekend and a lot of people do a very good job with their tournaments, just hope you give us a chance or two along the way. We always try our best to put the kids first and make sure that they have a quality expierence. We have even added a couple of 4-game guarantee events to the early season schedule as some of you suggested (3-pool followed by Single Elimination) in LaGrange and Columbus. As I have said many times, Grand Slam is not the biggest but we stive to be the best "little travel ball organization" going today. I, for one, have had a great time at the Grand Slam events my team has played in. The only problem I see is that there are no tournaments north of Atlanta. We are in northwest Ga and traveling to LaGrange or Columbus is a hard sell to parents when they know how many tournaments are MUCH closer to us. We plan to play in the World Series in Panama City, but would love a tournament or two up here to play in during the "season".
