That is asking a lot from the different tournament directors. All they can do is set their guide lines.
The first tournament the team signed up for, can't anticipate a team doing that.
The sandbagging at PG this weekend bothers me more.

So what if triple crown or whoever has a rain delay and you can not make your PG events? No one wants a forfeit win
