I can't believe some organizations, especially Perfect Game, are doing this. Is nothing sacred? The next thing you will see is tournaments scheduled for kids on Christmas morning.

Like all things, if you don't want to play today, don't sign-up for the tournament. Problem solved.

Looks like most of the tournament organizations had some form of tournament this weekend. It also looks like most of them were filled. In case it hasn't been noted baseball in the south is a year round sport.....holidays included...

Money rules. When I was in FL we played tournaments on Christmas and New Years eve. I'm sure they are not being forced to play if they didn't want to.

I have seen tournaments in Florida on a Christmas weekend in years past.

I always liked playing on Easter and Father's Day. We tried not to play on Mother's Day because we rather have God mad at us than our wives! As others said, you can't complain or blame a tournament director for a tournament date you signed up for? I rather watch my kids hunting baseballs vs easter eggs.
