Long story short, I bought a bat from my local dealer and it cracked immediately (August). Sent back to Easton and have been waiting 2 months. Called them and they said it will be early December before the replacement was available for this bat and there was nothing that they (warranty dept) could do. Ronald read about this and offered his assistance. We talked and within a few hours, Easton is sending out the Omen (that they stated was not available) OVERNIGHT for morning delivery. If this is the kind of service Ronald offers to those who did not buy from him, imagine what he probably does for his customers. Guys like this deserve our business and he will certainly get a shot at mine in the future. Thanks Ronald!
Wow, this is so great to hear from all you. It has always been really important to me that everyone I work for has a positive experience. Buying bats and everything else for our kids should be fun and we do whatever we need to make sure everyone who buys from us has that same feeling. Things can and do get sideways sometimes and we will always do what is needed to make it right.
Please also know that my Easton rep stepped up, took this matter to a higher level and got someone senior to look at the problem. Please do not quit on Easton they are a good company that sometimes just needs to get pushed a little.
