As of this moment, here are the teams. I am sure appeals are still being submitted and/or considered, so this list is a moving target. This list was compiled using both the re-class report and team rankings from USSSA's web site:

Bandits
Sandtown Red Sox
6-4-3 DP Cougars
Holly Springs Express
Team GA
EC Colts
EC Titans
GA Jackets Gold
PTB Chilidogs Red
NYO Toros
N GA Cougars
Prime Time
GA Elite (Savannah area)
Venom Baseball
N GA Storm

Midway, Chain Dirt Dawgs appealed their re-class evidently and were allowed to stay in AAA.

It looks like the OP SHARKS / SHARKS Baseball will be playing AAA this year.

No, but I know they lost some players. They were tough last year when we played them in the ATL S-NIT, hit 2 dingers in the rain to beat us.
I was surprised they lost momentum as the season progressed. They were also 1st place team in the NWBA league if I recall.

Yes the Dirtdawgs did appeal and will remain AAA this year. T he Georgia Elite have 7 of our players from last year. Also wanted to mention how easy it was to deal with Bubba at USSSA. He answered the phone, listened to our request, did research, and made a timely decision. Appreciate the quick response so we could make our scheldule plans. This doesnt mean we wont see some of you guys this year we have a new crop of players working really hard to maintain the Dirtdawgs winning ways.

If Midway did lose 7 players to The Georgia Elite then AAA sounds right, but when I check Midways roster on USSSA it shows most of your players back from 2009? Also Elite doesn't have anyone listed on their roster that says they ever played with Midway? Am I looking at it incorrectly?

Rocky,
easy mistake to make, Chain Dirt Dawgs (Savannah area)lost 7 players to Elite, Midway Dirty Dawgs (N. Fulton Area) roster is mostly intact from their stallar 2009 10U AAA campaign.

Bill,

The Midway Dirty Dawgs did not ask anyone(USSSA) to move down to AAA. We will play in the Major class. You normally get your facts right but not on this one. So you don't have to agree/disagree with Bubba on anything expect they have not updated their slow computer rankings. Excited about getting started. Now all we need is a little warm weather.

Thanks for correcting me. I could not figure out why Midway wasn't listed as Major but was listed as AAA almost 2 weeks after the re-class report came out. Glad we wont be seeing those Dawgs in any of our bracket games, AAA is tough enough as it is.

Dirt Dawg:

Your guys were a class act. We had heard and read about you all year. Your team lived up to everything were heard. Those were two well played games and fun to compete with your gang. I wish you all the best this season and hope our paths will cross again. I can say their is plenty of good ball players and teams coming out of the Savanah area. Fun to see how well coached your boys were. You did/do a great job with them. Good Luck in 2010!!

The HP Chilidogs are no longer the Red or the Black team. Players from both teams on now on the HP Chilidogs-Lawson team.

Let's try to solve this mystery. 7 of the Red and Black 10U players now play for LAWSON, so that leaves ~15 from Red/Black not on LAWSON. A new AA team was formed called HP Chilidogs-Sanchez that picked up 4 of these remaining ~15 Red/Black players, so that still leaves 11 unattached. 1 joined the OTC Bearcats, 1 joined West GA Bandits, 1 joined the Jonesboro Braves, and 1 returned to his 10U age group (he was playing up in '09). That leaves ~7 unattached (by USSSA roster data). Maybe these ~7 are on a new team from that area called Meyer, and they just have not registered for USSSA yet?

Neither the Red, nor Black, teams from last year had a player named Meyer on them, and neither has any 10U or 12U teams. Maybe if you go that parks web site, you'll find Meyer. Or, maybe someone from down that way will put an end to this Scooby Doo episode.

If its not a usssa tourney, maybe Meyer just grabbed whomever isn't playing hoops from that park at that time to play in your tourney to knock some rust off.

Curious about the Toros.
As an Allstar Team they don't actually exist at this time of year do they?

Alright Moser, I will try to explain,

Lawsons team is 4 from black , 4 from red and 1 from ecb scorpions, The chili red team coach last year has went to Ga Academy red and took a few Chilidog kids with him there and has picked up some from Stixx Baseball out of Albany, The Coach for Chili Black team will have a team at Homeplate His name is Stills ,last I heard he only has 6 or 7 kids and there is another team I think Estaban and he only has 6 or 7 kids , they are lookin to add additional players, the Homeplate Meyers team is full I think and I think is a AA team ,most of these kids came from Dugout Club, Homeplate recently bought out Dugout Club there in Peachtree City. There is suppose to be 5 11u teams playing out of Homeplate, and If any of you are in Peachtree City stop by Homeplate and check out the place. I am sure I forgot something, Oh Mr.Moser ,there are clean restrooms here to

Papa is going to have a professional scout to keep an eye on Peachtree City, Home of the Chili Dogs. Is the team mdwhp talked about basically the same team that competed in the Triple Crown
Fall State tourament under Prime Time. This team and this area is known for quality baseball and you all should all expect the best they have to offer. I know the Bandits never and I said never will take them lightly.

Maybe this will help. Meyer is the Dug-Out Club Tigers from last year. He added two pretty good kids from old Elite Blue team

Papa,
We cant all be as fortunate as the Bandits and have our pick of the litter so we have to attract kids anyway we can. Just kidding I love your guys team. I was coaching the Gamers Blue 9u when you guys beat us in the super NIT Championship Game after midnight. The two new additions will make you guys even tougher. Great kids and even better parents. I have moved down to 10 u but I am going to bring my new team out to one of your games to show them how it is done.
