| If it goes the way it usually goes my good friends the Scorpions will get a cake walk in pool play and end up in the semi finals before they have to use their ace. I know that Coach Steve is one of the finest people that any of us will ever meet but I know him well enough to know that he cut his teeth on tough games and I am sure he wants to face the best as quick as he can get to them. Come on Tony lets give ole Coach Steve the challenge he deserves. |

| well guys looks like papa was right about the scorpions,but I dont think he can say a whole lot with the draw the bandits got.I guess its all the kind words he says about coach steve,has finally helped him out |

| Jimmy says that this is going to be fun.Jimmy says that there will be some great games with a few upsets this weekend.Jimmy says that with the Bandits and Scorpions pool draw they will be 1 and 2 seed with one going home early in bracket.Jimmy says that he wishes that Papas Knights Baseball would have stayed in this tourney,but uniforms didnt fit.Jimmy says his top 4 will be Bandits,Cougars,Carolina,and Titans.Jimmy says for everyone to have fun and be safe this weekend. |

| Scorpions draw the Reds, what a shocker. I don't know who he's got in his back pocket but I wouldn't mind getting that number. I think they'll need the ace for Team Georgia though. |

| Don't know if you guys caught this but when the schedule was first released the 643 Cougars were A2 and playing the A1 Scorpions to start the tournament - then it was changed to Cougars A3 and the Reds A2 so the Scorpions avoid the Cougars. What's that smell ;0) |

I smell some upsets this weekend. Also, we finally get to see the dream team and the titans, both teams getting a whole lot of love. Also, I think the jokers this weekend are the jackets, stars and the Jags. Let the games begin.

Papa tries to never predict but I will say that my buttering up Coach Steve of the Scorpions did appear to help the Bandits. I have been telling you all along that Coach Steve has got some serious pull with the pool play thing.
Thanks for helping Papa, Coach Steve. I am sure that with this group of teams that we will need all the help we can get. All of you guys had best remember who told that it's who you know that will get you places. |

Looks like the Chili Dogs got the beating in the pool play draws this time around.
I don't predict but I will predict that my Chili Dogs will be up to the challenge.

I learned a little in each place I've lived. In Missouri, I learned that you need to "show me". As much as I enjoy the newcomers, I'm going old school. #1 Pool seeds:
Scorpions
Holly Springs
Chili Dogs
Bandits
Not ready for final 4 yet...need to light some candles, do my tea leaves, and dust off the Ouija Board.
Instinct aside, I'm guessing pitching accuracy and hitting will be least predictable. I see the combination of team defense, speed, and Coaching as being more rust-proof. Watch the catchers to make the difference in this one. Wonder if anyone called that red-head from down South? History has a way of repeating itself.

I hear we are gonna need to watch out for the carolina team. They are not traveling that distance in a event of this stature not to make some noise. Look for them to defeat primetime/homeplate.

| coachz: There are several reasons that Coach Troy doesn't slap that muzzle on Papa. #1 is that he loves me and it has been stated on this very forumthat he might be my illegimate son which is the only kind he could be. #2 and the main reason he doesn't muzzle me is that he is not tall enough for this task. Bring one of them supersized ball buckets and I will bring the muzzle and maybe he can reach me then. |
