To clarify - Gwinnett Elite does not include the "best from Gwinnett" only a team name....
Several pure travel team / programs are indeed beginning to surface in Gwinnett..........FINALLY !

Should be a good tournament, the Titans will be down a few players. But were still coming to play!

Georgia Stars look like the team to beat. Crushed the ECB Titans this morning.

WOW! The Ga Stars are the real deal! Those boys can hit! Heard lots of incredible stuff about the Stars organization and it looks to be all that... I guess they now have 3 different age teams and they all are doing very well. Its great to see some awesome Gwinnett teams coming together. Coach Eddy great job! Can we join your organization?

All the other Gwinnett teams looked VERY good as well. Great tournament.

GO GWINNETT!!!!!

That's what I'm talking about ALL GWINNETT teams in the ship!

What an incredible game between Parkview Panthers and Gwinnett Elite! Tied 1-1 all the way to the bottom of the 7th. That game could have went either way. That pitcher for Parkview was lights out the whole game. Who is that guy? That Parkview team played strong every game. Brookwood Broncos looked strong as well.

The championship game was another nail biter with Ga Stars and Gwinnett Elite. So close the score was 1-0 with the Ga Stars winning. Another great game from Gwinnett County teams!

Congrats Coach Eddy on your second tournament win this fall. You do have a tight program that will make LOTS of waves to come. Just so you know you can put us on your 13u spring roster, just in case we can help....lol

VERY PROUD OF ALL THOSE GWINNETT BOYS!

That was some GREAT baseball this weekend.

Looked like it was more than a team name to me. Also GA Stars the same thing. Both great teams.

Is the Gwinnett Elite and Team Elite the same team or is this two separate programs altogether.

The Team Elite teams I think are usually based out of Winder and not the same as the Gwinnett Elite. I'm not sure if they have a 13U team, but I know they have 14U teams.

The Gwinnett Elite is based out of Norcross coached by the same coach (coach Luis) that did the Duluth Wildcats.

The Georgia Stars are based our of Duluth and Bunten Road Park.

It was a good weekend for Gwinnett Teams almost shutting out ECB teams in the semi-finals. Brookwood came so close to reaching the final four. Parkview was just a few runs away from being in the ship and the Gwinnett Elite only lost by 1 run 1-0.

Maybe there will be some more surprise teams from Gwinnett.

bmoser has said for years and one of our most lively debates was over the Gwinnett County baseball program. It appears that Papa might have to eat some crow if this trend of better baseball from Gwinnett continues. I have always said that the better the teams we face close to home only makes us all better when we hit the road.
