The state of GA gets to lay claim to the Travelball Select 12u National Player of the Year in the Bandits own Tucker Bradley. To anyone that watched him this year this should come as no suprise. According to TBS, "playing against the best teams all season, Bradley hit .619 with 38 HR's and 173 RBI's . His pitching was even better. Bradley compiled an 18 and 2 record, with 181 strikeouts and only 21 walks. His ERA was 1.02 and that was compiled against the best 12U hitters in the nation."
WOW!!!! He has been IMO a top player in the nation for several years now....He is a great kid as well, hopefully next season will be even better for him and the Bandits!!!
National Honors such as this are reserved for the best of the best and this kid works at this game harder than most realize and this award is a reflection of his hard work, effort and most of all "Heart". His Bandit family is as proud as they can be of this young man and he knows his extra "Papa" loves him like he is my own.
Very impressive, how often was he intentionally walked. I just moved from Tampa and there was a kid there that plays for team Florida 11u that has just as good numbers but teams continually walk him. I bet the GA kids numbers would even be better if teams were not afraid of him. Congrats kid, keep up the hard work.
