Alter-Ego-I do believe I gave my outside opinion and I agree that there are usually underlying reasons for this type behavior, especially at this age. This one seems to be the parents being OK with his cocky behavior. Both the kid and the parents need to be talked to about this. No coach or team should have to deal with this all season and they will if you really think the parents should be left out of this. I hope this now clears things up for you.
