I have officially given in to the world of the youth baseball message board... I was alerted (and introduced to this message board)a few weeks ago by being told there was a "rumor" posted about our upcoming 13U Elite Gamers baseball team. After I had found the post, I found it truly amazing that someone was that much "in the know" about what we were doing with our teams. Especially since our decision wasn't even finalized at the time of the post.
Anyway, I guess I am now on here posting to verify the rumor that Elite Gamers Red and Elite Gamers Blue have, in fact, finally pulled the trigger and put, what we consider, the best talent together on the same team. I am very excited for my facility, and for the boys that have been selected to represent our 13U age group.
We are looking for teams to play doubleheaders with on Sundays this fall. Please contact me if you are interested, as we are willing to go pretty much wherever. I can be reached by email at elitesports@bellsouth.net if you are interested.
Again, I am very excited, and hopefully this group will represent the "Southside" by fielding a very competitive team that can now play with some of the upper class teams we were falling short against.
