| Congratulations goes out to the 13u East Cobb Longhorns for finishing 2nd in the 2010 Triple Crown Summer Nationals in Myrtle Beach last week! There were 38 teams in the 13u age group alone! The Longhorns lost a tough battle to the Union Post 79 Black out of Marysville, Ohio in a 8 to 4 ballgame. Other Georgia teams there were 6-4-3 DP Cougars who finished 5th and Homeplate Chilidogs (Schmits) finished 10th overall. Thank you goes out to Terry McConnell, Nelson Pedraza, and Tony Schmits for taking their respective clubs to compete in our national event! We look forward to hosting all of the teams this fall and look for even greater things this 2011 spring season. Take care! |
