Last year we (Shiloh) played Session 2 9U with 19 teams. They had teams play their two pool games either on Monday or Tuesday, so you had one of those days off. In bracket play, we had days we had two games, and had one when we played three games. I don't you will play more than three games in one day.
As titans mentioned, they do schedule the pool games so that you have a day off for the beach or other activites, however, the weather may impact that. We were there two years ago and we got our Monday morning game in, but the afternoon game was postponed due to rain and pushed to Tuesday, washing out our day off.
If you stay in the winner's bracket, you may only play one game per day until deep into the tourney. Fall in the loser's half and you may have two to three.
