A common complaint is getting information about a tournament while it is in process. Sometimes updates have to take a backseat to running the event and if the director is using a difficult system it just goes by the wayside. I thought we would make a trial run on letting the tournament host make posts to the forum and have full rights where they would not have to be moderated. This would also have the added benefit that questions could be posted to the tournament host.
I will set up a forum for a tournament at a hosts request. They may designate someone to update the forum and that individual will be given moderator rights to that forum. They must be identified by name and contact information which will be posted.
Tournament Directors, if you are interested, email me at nwba@comcast.net the name of your tournament and the contact information for the person that is going to be responsible. I will set up the forum to become active with the initial schedule and remain active until the end of the tournament.
