It looks like there has been enough complaint about the West Coast teams being able to qualify for the elite WS in the fall and the east coast teams not that USSSA is having the first Super NIT of the 2010 season in Lexington SC the weekend of 10/2/09.
The question will be which teams will try to get a jump start and qualify for the Elite early. It sure makes the season planning a little easier for the spring.
The 14U Astros have the automatic berth for winning the 13U Elite last year so it will be interesting to see who else qualifies early. I would expect the NC, VA, FL teams to get in. Not sure how many GA teams have enough of their players not playing football to take advantage of this.
Interested in hearing who is planning on going regardless of age group.
