Pro Ice covers both the shoulder and the elbow. Here is a picture of it on Baseball Express.

I have one and it works nicely. I know several others that have them as well. It stays in place nicely.

Ice is out. The latest med practice is hot shower after the game. The theory is that the interior of the arm does not deviate much form 98.5, therefor it is pointless.

Why a hot shower than, if ice doesn't deviate the interior arm from 98.5, why would hot water do anything especially since the tempiture differential would be much less than ice..can understand the olfactory benefit, but not the arm one..
