East Coast Tide of Jacksonville, FL is seeking 2 assistant coaches. Assistant coaches will help with all East Coast Tide teams 11u, 12u, and 13u. Baseball knowledge and coaching experience is required and the ability to take instructions and implement them into exercises/drills effectively and efficiently. Also must enjoy working with youth athletes as our goal in leadership is to guide them with positive life lessons as role models while directing them with proper skill development so that they may reach their highest potential as young athletes moving forward and becoming role models themselves.
