Georgia State used to have a great wrestling program. Now them,GA tech and uga have club teams. Sad really I think there is enough room for all real sports. Not saying they have to give scholarships but they should field teams and maybe they can break even charging admission or player fees like most high schools do, if they have enough players to field a team. Football generates the big money and they should have more scholarships!

The problem is, they can't do that without meeting Title IX requirements. Even if there are no scholarships given, an equal amount must be spent on and an equal number of spots made available for a women's program. Schools don't want to do that. Club programs are allowed because they are not sponsored by or paid for by the school. Any program that is a school program must meet Title IX requirements, scholarships or not.
