Congratulations to the Georgia teams that are representing our state well and making a lot of noise in this most hallowed of baseball ground. After pool play there are 3 Georgia teams still undefeated with 6-0 records including 643 Cougars (#2 Seed), EC Longhorns (#8 Seed), and Oregon Park Sharks (#11 Seed). Papa has been preaching for years what a good job Georgia has been doing with its youth baseball and this only validates that Georgia boys can play some ball. As I read into the bracket I see that the 643 Cougars might get a rematch with the San Diego Stars. Papa was there live and in living color the last time this match up happened. Good Luck Cougars and just play your best and have some fun.

643 beat San Diego Stars North in quarters 4-3. Playing LaMorinda in Semis @ 3pm

Hoo Hoo - Go Cougars! 4-3 win over SD Stars North!
One of the folks I recently started working with has a son on the 10U Cougars, and brought back awesome memories telling her about our trip to Cooperstown last summer @ 10U. Unfortunately for us GA teams we went 1000 miles for us to meet the 643 Cougars in the last game on Wednesday - wish we could have faced a diff team because ya don't want to travel that far and knock out good friends.

GREAT JOB COUGARS: 643 Cougars headed to the championship game in Little Majors Stadium. If Papa was there I would tell them to get ready for the most awesome baseball experience in their young lives. I can also tell Georgia that a very classy organization is representing the State of Georgia and that I know that we are all proud of them. Finish the drill cougs.
Cougars win 10U championship at Cooperstown, NY. I have been there 4 times and any true fan of baseball realizes how huge this acccomplishment is. Congratualations on a well played tournament and I know that these kids will remember last night for the rest of their lives. Congratulations guys and know that Papa is so proud of you and for the way you represented our great state of Georgia.
