I know there aren't state playoffs for jv but there might be like a county championship. I know we did in paulding county but i don't know about the other counties
I believe that most JV seasons end two or three weeks before Varsity and most coaches bring up some of the promising JV'ers to finish the season with the Varsity to prepare them for the next season.
Can anyone tell me about their underclass experience so far. Is there actual coaching going on or is it just babysitting while the varsity get the head coaches full attention?
So far at CHS there has been alot of coaching on both teams. V and JV. The JV coach is a new young guy who is actually into it. My son says he is very good. Alot of combined practices and alternating field time and cage time. JV is not being pushed to the side so far.

Look at the good programs and you will see combined instruction. Otherwise it is hit or miss at any school. It all comes down to the coaches particular style and philosophy.
