We need some individuals to step up and volunteer for positions to help with the upcoming season. You are going to need a few baseball tasks to keep you busy in the winter anyway so why not help make youth baseball better.
NWBA has always allowed each age group to split themselves into whatever divisions the teams desired. This can be classification (A/AA/AAA/Major/Select), geographical, combinations of geographical and classification, etc. Each division sets the number of games and structure they desire to play. All of the administration during the season is performed via the web site so after the season starts there are few duties to perform. It doesn't take time away from managing/coaching/parenting your team.
Positions Available
Age Group Director
This position coordinates the various divisions within the age group and chairs the annual meeting. There are some needs for this position.
Division Commissioner
This position coordinates the teams within a division. Field time availability from the teams needs to be acquired and schedules developed. Works with the other Division Commissioners if any inter-division games are scheduled. Helps recruit teams that fit that particular division. This position works to get teams with similar goals in the same division.

Are you geographically too far away to play in our traditional league?
Get a group of teams together and join as a division. This allows anyone to coordinate a group of similar teams and set up a division within NWBA. All of the administration of the games, schedules and standings can take place on the web site. You have to schedule some non-tournament games anyway, why not do it with some organization. Each year groups of teams discuss setting up their own league, just get the group together and set up a division on NWBA.
