Each team is responsible for updating their link to the website. The basic answer to your questions is "When the teams get around to making the updates."
It is frustrating seeing some links for last year and others from this year all mixed and mingled. It will be updated soon, I would say. I would expect Babs is staying after the teams to get it done.
As each team pays their website fee they typically update the website. Not all teams use the template provided by ECB. i.e. they have their own hosting service and are just linked to ECB. So, if you're looking for a specific team then you can still of course "Google" that team.
