Congrats to the Hobgood Heat for winning their third tournament this 2010 season by beating the GPA Hooks 9-3 in the championship game in the Summer Madness tournament at Kennesaw. The Kennesaw Krush did a great job running this tourney.
The Hobgood Heat are headed to PCB to play in the Simply the Best World Series next week. Thanks coaches and players for another fun season of baseball.
Thank you so much for the compliments - we are very proud of our Ga Select Red Team! 9 games in two days....all of them back to back, 8 straight hours on Saturday and 10 straight hours on Sunday. All of the teams in this tournament were tough and ready to take it to the final out. While the heat was bad for everyone, the boys grew up alot on those two days to overcome being in the loser's bracket early and almost winning it all. Congratulations to the Dirty Dawgs...you are one tough team!
