Whats more important when looking for a new team, a team full of strong players, or a good group with good coaching?

At 10 a good group of kids with good coaching will ultimately provide strong players. For me it's not just about winning. It's about having as much fun at 10 as possible while still learning how to play the game and winning some games along the way.
