Watched some of the 14u's playing last week in the 15u tournament and I couldn't help but notice the difference good coaches make. In particular, they don't flip their lids over mistakes. They keep their teams in games and keep it close, and they know when a pitcher is done.

PC Vipers coach is one example (and I believe he's a dad), and the Titans coach is strong if you can handle the volume. Jeff Guy for EC Rawlings is superb (also a dad coach though a professional too).

We talk all the time about teams, but what about some of these truly strong 14u coaches?
