I noticed several Florida kids at try outs and I just don't see how they can participate on these teams as much as these teams require and live so far away.
It really seemed to be a tryout for certain kids. Only one group seemed to be pre-picked to tryout for the Astros. The rest of the kids were just going through the motions...
if you have been "pre-drafted" at a team "workout" before the actual tryouts, do you still have to attend the cattle call tryouts? if you're a daddy bringing a team to east cobb, can you bring your whole roster with you or does East Cobb require you to draft a few from from the cattle call?
Agent21 Yes you can bring a whole team if you have all your players but why would you? You do a team at ECB so you can pick up beter players. You can go to tryout and pickup 15 kids after the tryout that didn't even attend as long as they pay the tryout fee. DBLPlay As kids get older the ecb way is to get the best players from the southeast they show and go. Not really practicing.
I saw the same thing one certain group got more reps and looks during the tryout and the rest were just out there trying out.
