Paulding County Outlaws 8U thru 12U Travel Ball Organization Try-outs November 13, 2011 The PC Outlaws will be holding an open try-out for the 2012 season at 2:00 on November 13, 2011 at Sara Babb Park. We are holding to fill our 8U thru 12U travel teams. We have had an overwhelming response to kids in Paulding County wanting to pursue travel baseball, therefore giving the Outlaws the responsibility and honor to host some of the best and elite players in our county. Below you will find what the Outlaws are offering as a package for the up and coming 2012 season. With the recent acquisition of the former Sports-A-Rama training facility, now Slugger’s Alley, this has opened the door for Outlaw Baseball to expand. We can now offer training camps and clinics for Coaches, as well as players. With this indoor facility we can now train no matter what the elements of the weather bring our way. That being said below is the schedule for the remainder of the year leading into the travel ball season of 2012. The Outlaw coaches will be required to attend 3 coaching clinics before the starting of the 2012 season. You will learn the Outlaw mission statement, how to structure practices, learn GSA, USSSA, and Triple Crown Rules. These are the 3 major organizations that we will play under. Coaches clinics will be held at Slugger’s Alley, dates to be determined at the tryout on November 13, 2012. Each Child selected for the Outlaw teams will be required to attend indoor strength and agility training at Slugger’s Alley through November and December. Also all children will be required to attend spring training beginning the 2nd week in January.
