The GA Warriors are looking to add players to our 8U competitive baseball team for the 2012 season. Tryouts for this team will be conducted on the following date:
November 6th
Times Slots - 10AM, 12PM, 2PM

Thank you to everyone who has inquired about attending the tryout. Because of the consistency of the questions asked, here is additional information regarding the team.
The GA Warriors is a new team forming out of Dekalb County to play USSSA, Nations, and AABC 8U KP tournaments. Our coaching mission is to provide a positive competitve environment with an emphasis on teaching fundamentals, long term player development, character development, team building, and learning the game of baseball. We emphasize hustle, focus, discipline, and a never say die attitude as a common trait for each player. Coaches on staff are former travel ball coaches as well as batting, pitching, and position specific coaches.
We are looking to add one additional coach and for players who are coachable, posess a strong work ethic, and have parents who are committed to competitive ball.
We will have mandatory winter workouts out of Inspiring Kids Academy indoor facility to prepare for our first tournaments starting February 2012. Our tournament schedule will consist of 2-3 events per month and we will play through July of 2012. Training will consist of Pitching, Catching, batting instructions, strength and agility, and fielding techniques.
We will present ourselves as a classy organization that will exhibit good sportsnamship irregardless of wins or losses. There are no politics involved in this organization, only baseball.
