The Forsyth Flames 14U Baseball team will be holding tryouts July 19th, 20th, and 21st at Bennett Park in Cumming, GA.
The team will play in the Lanier League as well as travel tournaments throughout the year. The Head Coaching staff has years of travel baseball experience both coaching and playing.
The team will play and practice at Bennett Park in Cumming, GA and will have a focus on developing players through skill training, repetition and positive coaching in anticipation of playing HS baseball next year. We expect to play between 50-60 games during the 2012 Spring/Summer season.
We have a seasoned core of travel players that will play at an AAA level next year. We will play a light non mandatory fall schedule if possible, depending on individual players with other sport commitments. One day tournaments will be ideal!
Tryouts will be held on Tuesday, July 19th, Wednesday, July 20th, and Thursday July 21st (if necessary) from 6pm - 8pm at the below location:
Bennett Park
5930 Burruss Mill Road
Cumming, GA 30041
We are looking for players at all positions at this time. We have ROOM!

Tryouts will begin at 6pm and we will be on field #1 at Bennett Park. Please RSVP to the email above so we'll have a good idea of the number of kids. We have 20 kids who have currently RSVP'ed

We will be starting the tryouts at 6:00pm sharp on Tuesday, July 19th at Bennett Park on Field #1. Please try to arrive a few minutes early for appropriate warm-ups.

THE FORSYTH FLAMES TRYOUTS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO FIELD #5 ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT @ 6:00PM AT BENNETT PARK.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR WARM-UPS ON FIELD #5.

| Tryouts will be on Field #5 instead of #1 due to some reconstruction of the grass. Over 30 kids have RSVPed to our posting, so we should have a great turnout. Some of the drills we will conduct are very similar to the ones the high schools do: (60 yard dash-timed, Right Field to Third Base throws, and Short to First Base throws, BP and then hopefully live pitching with Umpires |

Tryouts tonight for the Forsyth Flames 14U team will continue at 6:00pm until 9:00pm @ Bennett Park on Field #1.
We have umpires and will continue the live scrimmage games to see the kids in action.
