The Bandits did the unthinkable again by giving up ZERO runs in bracket play of the NABF World Series with wins over the Germantown Giants 7-0, the Texas Nationals 3-0, and the loaded for Bear (or Bandits) Memphis Outlaws 6-0. This puts the Bandits in the tournament for the NYBC championship in late August and will pit them against the champions from Pony, USSSA, Babe Ruth, AAU, NABF, SUPER SERIES, DIXIE YOUTH, AND AABC.

The Memphis Outlaws had assembled players from at least 3 states with two outstanding Arkansas kids and the red rover from Florida trying another state in a bid for him to unseat the Bandits. They came close but there was no cigar to be had in this one as #12 got stronger as the game wore on. Papa will admit that from what I heard this Memphis team is a powerhouse and will only get stronger as they develop a little more chemistry and from what our group that was there said might be the best team we have faced up to this point but we know that there are many others lurking and waiting and that the next powder keg is just around the corner.

It's on t0 Disney and the Elite 32 and all Papa can say is Bum Bum Bum here we come. Mickey and the Gang will never be the same after they get a good dose of this group.

Congratulations Bandits! Outstanding play against very formidable competition. Best of luck in the Elite 32 & the NYBC!

All of Georgia (and I suspect many others from the other 49 states) continues to be impressed with you North Ga boys. We from GA are all pulling for the Bandits to continue this GREAT run into August at NYBC. Win or lose we all know you will play the game the way it deserves to be played and that's why we are all so proud of the Bandits.
