Anybody else notice that the teams slated to play at 8:30 Friday night are also required to play at 8:30 the next morning. Is that fair? Is this designed to give an advantage to certain teams with preferable game times?
I don't know if being ranked in the Coaches poll is something I would base the strength of the pools on. This is usually just Coaches Who vote for themselves each week. I look for the final four to be Fayette Force, Winston Legends, Acworth Orange, and Marietta Patriots. My pick to win it all Winston Legends
We have lost to 2 of three of your picks this year 4seam and we wll be short haneded but will will make every attempt to knock off some good teams and see how we finish.

Nobody is as surprised as I am that the Heat lost. With that said, the Crush looks really good this weekend. Even though we beat them in pool play it is not necessarily because we outplayed them. I didn't get a chance to see the Iron Pigs but on paper they are looking like the dominate team.
Thanks Tony. The Heat have a good ball club no doubt about it. They was everything you said they would be. We played hard (maybe above our heads) but hard nonetheless. I would assume that we are the dark horse in this 4 team race right. Look forward to playing tomorrow.
My Orange Crush team took the title. We fought hard all day and did it the hard way. The boys played their hearts out. Couldn't be prouder of them. The Fayette Force has a great ball club. Congratulations go out to those guys as well. It could have went either way. That catcher and 1st baseman are excellent players and their team really plays well together. I look forward to seeing them again in the future.
Congrats crush. Only complaint I had over the tournament was the different size fields. What was a home run on another field was a out on another. Crush has had a good team all year. They played well when it counted. Again....Congrats.
