| I would like to say CONGRATS to THE BRICK for coming out and dominating to take the AAA Super NIT this past weekend. They played 4 back to back games on Sunday and came out on top in the end. There pitching and hitting was outstanding! This is a team that I would love to see and play against some of the Big Boys( Astro's and RR) to see how they would stand up. Got some great talent on that team! CONGRATS to all you!!! Job Well Done! |

So what's the hold up? I saw your team come up to ECB in the fall and play so why not now? Astros, both RR teams, JCS Jackhammers and the ECB Tigers have been mixing it up for weeks now. Pack those boys up and come on. Quality opponents are always welcome. |

| No disrespect to Team Brick, but they are not a major team. They will not compete with the Astro's, RR's, Tigers or any other top major team. They are a good team but not at that level. JMHO!!!!! |

| Okay there we go again I turn a congrats to The Brick a simple Congrats and biggerpapi and prb978 are talking smack that we are "not a major team'. I am sorry where in that congrats statement did I ever even mention that we where or where not. I have seen teams play the Astros and they where not the Roadrunners and ended up being a good game. You say no disrespect prb978 but have you ever seen our team play. This is this teams's first real year of playing at this level and to me they are doing a dang good job. There are teams out there that have been together for years whether you are talking about AAA or Major and they don't play that good. A simple Congrats from biggerpapi and prb978 would have just been fine. I am not bashing on the Astro's or the Roadrunner or any other Major team, just saying it would be great to see how we would play against those teams. It may be a good game or we may get our behinds beat but I can tell you that our team will play hard for full 6 innings and not give up till the time laps. You say you are not being disrespectful but you truly are and it is too these boys that love to play and play hard. Oh and just to let you know we are better then just a "good" team! Oh and to scdad yes Congrats to Peachtree Ridge for finishing 2nd place your boys played well and played hard also. |

| Your boys of "The Brick" would go home in amazement. Just as many others do. Saw Astros 3,4,5 hitters and RR 4 hitter hit 380+ ft homeruns. If you can hang with that..then congrats but these kids are the best in GA, that's why they play/recruited by who they play for. Where is the brick out of? |

| All I did was ask a question. I made no mention one way or the other about the teams ability. I have not seen them play nor do I know anything about the team. Your reference to how dominating they were at the NIT was the reason for my question. If they are that good then why wouldn't you move up and play some real competition? |

| to biggerpapi, my comment was more towards the other person and NorthGAbaseball you dont have to give me stats of the Astros and RR because we have seen them play. Yes some Great players and they are recruited to play with yall. Again we may or may not be able to win against them that is why I said it would be interesting to see how we would do. Again I say a simple Congrats to my son's team and all of a sudden people are like well if you would play us you would be amazed and why are we not Major team if we are so good. I will answer that again. This is the 1st year for this team to get there feet wet, play this type of travel ball and when you play AAA you can play up. There are not alot of Major Tournys out there so for our first year why not have the best of both worlds! The Brick is out of Warner Robins. I appreciate dmb350 for inviting us up to play and he said quality teams welcome. Thanks not sure why it just can't be a simple congrats and maybe our team will play yall sometime! |

| To LLH and noerrors actually we play 643 DBL play 1st and then the RR for the 2nd game. It will be interesting. This will give us a chance to work on what we need to improve on. We won't have our whole team there because of course high school games but hey will go down fighting! All the kids love the sport and that what it is about! |

Looks like there are no Astros either. Are they taking the week off for spring break. Come May don't the Astros disappear into the 15u & 16u tournaments. Only a couple more weeks to see them play the tough 14u teams. To bad the brick won't be playing them either.
I hope everyone's sons are healthy and avoiding injury with their HS teams. See you all this summer! Go BRAVES! |

| We have a friend that plays for the Knockhouse saints and they are supposed to be a pretty good team. I am not sure about the Astro's moving up to play. We will play them sometime in one of the Elites if we want to try and go to the Elite World Series. That is true I hope everyone that plays highschool and travel can avoid injury and have enough to give to both of there teams. Its hard to have a travel ball team at this age with highschool. It was so much easier when the boys where 11, 12 and 13 yrs old. To oldmanmj if your kid plays for the East Cobb Braves I heard they played one heck of a game against the Astors last week. Great Job! |

| Thanks Lefty8, but I don't have a son on the ECB Braves, but I did hear it was a great game. I meant our Atlanta Braves. I am excite for the big guys season also. Baseball is a great sport, there is no other like it. I love Football, basketball, etc. but baseball is the bomb! |

| Elite??? If you guys really want measure your stuff and are as good as you say you are sign up for the MAJOR** Atlanta Super NIT and try to qualify for the Elite (finish 1st or 2nd). My prediction.. Roadrunners vs ECB Astros in the final. |

| Yes baseball is the best. All boys that play it whether there on a great team or not they still love the sport! They love to go out and bond with there team and do what they love doing the most! |
