Without the support of Georgia baseball and especially the large group of people that was cheering for the Bandits during our trip to the ship it would not have been the thrill that it was because we could feel your support.
Papa might have took this one personal as I felt the Bandits let Georgia down last year by not playing in the Atlanta Super NIT at 11U due to injuries and watched as Florida came to our backyard and left with what Papa thought belonged in Georgia.
The 12U Bandits were not to denied this year and feel honored that we were able to defend Georgia's backyard. I know that the 11U Stealth Bombers also defended home court and would like for Mr. Moser to tell us all how we did as a whole in defending the great state of Georgia against the hordes of opponents from neighboring states this year.
The Bandits are proud to represent Georgia and promise that we will always give our best effort when we travel to let others know that Georgia baseball is played the right way and that we put our heart and souls into playing the game the right way.
Papa has said many times that one of the secrets of the Bandits success is in the quality of competition that we are able to find so close to home. This competition has always prepared us well for our battles on the national level.
Great job to all Georgia 2011 S-NIT Champions! Tear 'em up down there at Disney. I fell asleep last night counting Bandits, Bombers, and Chili Dogs crossing Home Plate.
