Who’s fault is it when a team loses? Should you tell the kids it’s their fault, if the coaches leave the same players in the game making multiple errors!!

It is a team game. You win as a team and lose as a team, period.

That said, other teams can just be more talented.

If you are blaming anyone at 12U, you might want to take a long look internally.

It’s not about other teams. It’s about leaving kids in the game who make errors and never benching them. The coach is the problem.

why is it about winning or losing your on a 12u page? how about what we did right and what we did wrong...and never about umps..i need a team to coach if this is not the mindset

I feel the same. I heard a coach tell a 12u team at a PG tournament it’s their fault for losing.
