Does anybody know exactly how East Cobb hands out tournaments to certain teams to host? I see the Braves have 2 HUGE invitationals they are hosting, the Stars have the USSSA State but do the teams have to pay East Cobb to get the tournament which is why some have up to 2 and others dont have any good ones to host?

As far as I know, tournaments were given out based on the experience of previous tournaments held. If a team hosted a tournament that was sold out, well run without issues then they were given first shot at 1-2 next season.
Some teams aren't interested in hosting tournaments and it's not for everyone. But if you look at the teams hosting one this season, the common theme is they all hosted at least one last year and it went well.
