What do you do when you have a core group of guys who love to play together but your coaches just decide they don't want to coach next spring? None of the dads want to do it or aren't qualified to do it (like me!). Most of these kids are here because at some point in the last year their dads felt it better that someone else coach their kid.
We don't have East Cobb money to hire coaches and none of these guys want to go back into glorified rec ball. What alternatives are there? The kids don't want to go their separate ways and start over.
