After watching some really good baseball over the weekend, what did you guys see that impressed you regarding teams and players in the 10u age group? |

We played our 1st AA tourney against most of the top rated AA teams, and what impressed me most was the pitching accuracy. We only saw 1 who could hit 60 mph, but that kid had a great change. Our hitters had maybe 6 walks in 3 games. |

That is what makes the Georgia baseball very good right now. |

What impresses me most is the number of talented teams. A lot of states have several good teams but Georgia has as many as 10-12 really good travel teams. There are many great teams from the other states but Georgia just seems to have so many more that can win on any given weekend. |

Down in double AA, Fayette Dirtbags beat us 3-2 in semifinals. Their pitcher threw a 2 hitter and walked none. Our pitcher threw a one hitter, walked three, hit a batter and had ten strikeouts. Good game had the tying run on third at the end of the game. |
