Posted - 10/29/2013 : 11:03:58 We found Rapid last year via this website and tried it out. Wow! It had a huge impact on my oldest son, who just graduated and is playing D2 this year. We would definitely make the investment again. |

Posted - 10/16/2013 : 12:44:53 Thanks Steve,
I did not realize that. I know my son enjoyed playing with you guys in the 14u USA championships last summer. (Without giving his name: He was the big kid who was one of the three that made the development team.)

His class it 2x week for 1 1/2 hrs a pop. It's non stop work, speed, agility, throwing, etc. I think it was well worth it. As a side note his velocity increased 3mph at the halfway point of the classes. Hopefully it will have gone up again on Thursday when it's over.
Where is taking this?
