I did a quick search on here and only found a couple of threads on arm injury / arm health. I was hoping that you guys could send out your most informative websites or links on arm injuries and exercises on how to prevent arm injuries. Thanks

In youth development, you do not want to do too many exercises to constrict the development of the joints. The best thing to do is to make sure your coach is not abusing your childs innings. Your child should never come close to maxing out his innings in a given weekend. This is the easiest way to avoid injury.

ASMI studies this topic quite a bit. They offer some books which describe programs for pitcher re-hab, and pre-hab. All under the banner of Dr. Andrews (and associates.) Publications are in-expensive. They offer other services. I have only purchased/used the books. They are solid,..nothing crazy in them. Getting your athlete to follow the program,...that is another story all together.

I agree that "arm overuse" in youth baseball (whether coach-imposed or player-imposed) is the #1 thing to avoid. Here are a couple of decent references and tools for strengthening and protecting young arms ...

If you can get past the commercials at the beginning of the video, this program includes some very simple techniques.
