I keep talking to teams and finding out either they do not send paid coaches on weekends with the team OR they coordinate coaches to make sure each team has one. Call me old school but i want the coach to actually be my kids coach during the week and not just on a filed full of 3 teams all going thru drills.
Seems lots of bells and whistles but no personal attatchment
