The all-new www.TrainingLegends.com is here!
Today we are launching an all-new site that gives you the ability to manage your Training Legends tournament registrations online, quickly and easily.
There, on one screen, you can see:
• A summary of your team information
• All the players on your roster
• Which players have (or have not) completed their waivers
• A snapshot of your team's Training Legends tournament history
The new registration process is simple:
1) Set up a personal profile one time.
You'll use that single login for your entire coaching career, no matter how many years you stay in the game.
2) Set up an account for your team once a year.
After your roster is complete, you can register for Training Legends tournaments all season long without having to enter the information again.
3) Invite assistant coaches or parents to help you manage the roster.
You can invite others to create a user profile and give them access to the team account, choosing how much permission they have to make changes.
4) Ask players' parents to complete their waivers.
Once a parent has set up a user profile, (s)he can complete the player's waiver online. E-waivers remain valid for a year, even if a player moves to another team.
5) Register for tournaments online.
You can reserve your spot at a tournament before your roster is complete, but all waivers must be signed and all fees paid before the team is eligible to play.
Once you get started, you'll be able to do many things with just a few clicks:
• Reserve your tournament slot now, and pay the fee later
• Sign up for multiple tournaments and pay for them all at once
• Send reminders to players who haven't signed a waiver
• Add or delete players on your roster
• Add player details like position, jersey number, throwing arm, and batting stance
• Upload your team's insurance information and access it at any time
We will be using the new online system to track registrations for all tournaments beginning after May 5, 2017.
For those of you who have already registered for an upcoming All-Star tournament, we want to assure you that we do have your payment and/or registration data on file; nothing has changed regarding your reservation to play in that tournament. However, because we will be tracking all tournament rosters through the new system from today forward, we need to ask all current players and coaches to e-sign a new waiver online.
If you have already paid the registration fee for an upcoming tournament, you simply need to complete steps 1-4 above. If you have registered to reserve a spot in the tournament but have not yet paid, please complete all five steps and submit your payment online.
