Depends on the age group. Travel Ball Select, Grand Slam, USSSA are some of the other names tossed around. Post 14u USSSA pretty much disappears around here, but is THE place to go for many parts of the country. |

Training Legends puts on some good tourneys, oftentimes drawing some of the top teams in the state. Umpiring has been iffy at times, but well done overall.
Southern Sports Promotions does a good job for AA and lower AAA teams. CAMsports is similar, although they don't seem to have as much participation and I've never experienced one first-hand.

southern and TL have subpar umps and Southern often ends really late at night
TC cost more but games are 2 hours but many pool games lopsided and allows teams to sandbag |

www.usaplaymakers.com for Alabama Events.
We had around 900 teams sanction with us and play spring ball in 2017. We run 2 classes each week per age group.
Our World Series had 188 teams in June with 2-3 classes per age group.
We still have competitive baseball in Alabama and a GREAT single A program for the start up teams.
Come join us one week!
Thanks DEE Black
