Loved the CWS this year!! And I agree Stan. Nice to see a mid level D1 program win it over all the giants!! Great final series with the two teams taking it to a game 3, winner take all contest. The other story others may not know about is Arizona was picked to finish 9th in pre-season polls. Not 9th in the country, 9th in the PAC 12!! Battle between the underdogs. Loved it!!
We just got back from our Omaha trip and we went to the second game.......What a great atmosphere we got to enjoy. Most folks seemed to be rooting for Coastal(of course our team was), but it was a battle by both teams, momentum swings that were unparalleled. You may not have seen on TV a few of the hugs and special moments shared by the players and coaches. I assure you it was a very special time for all of the men on the field and in the dugout!
