We seem to be getting a lot of coaches looking for commitments in the very near future.
I understand that coaches are trying to fill teams, but considering the fact that we will not even practice til possibly May, due to school ball, will there still be teams looking for players late spring? Lots of kids seem to be moving around and we are not really sure what these teams will look like next summer, but they want you to begin paying now.
My son is a major level pitcher that can play other positions as well so not really ready to be a PO.
How much emphasis do you place on Team practice vs Game experience? My son is still 15 so I am not as concerned about exposure as I may be in a year or two. |
