Exciting News. Dave Williams has returned home to Douglasville from his Pro baseball season and is now offering instruction at Diamond Starz.
Dave has pitched for the Pittsburgh Pirates, NY Mets, Cincinnati Reds and most recently the Yokahama Bay Stars in Japan.
We are blessed to have Dave offer his experience and expertise to us this Fall and Winter.

Our Advanced Pitching Class is an intense program designed to Develop Advanced Pitching skills for players that have previous pitching experience and have a desire to improve.
The Advanced Pitching Class will include instruction and analysis of both fundamental and advanced pitching techniques.
As a participant in each session, players will:
Be digitally video recorded for detailed pitching analysis
Review fundamental pitching mechanics
Learn advanced pitching mechanics
Be introduced to the mental approach to advanced pitching
Learn the adjustments in pitching for various situations
Introduction to secondary pitch development (off-speed, curve)
Review of proper pitch grips and pressure point development
Learn importance of pitch quality and location
Learn importance of proper conditioning and arm care
Limited to the first 7 players who register
4 weeks of professional pitching instruction from a current active player
