Stan and this site offers all organizations the opportunity to post tryout dates for the coming year. To get to this section click on NWBA Forums and scroll to bottom of page to find your particular age group. I can't believe that season is beginning to wind down and that we are already to this stage. Good luck to all.

my least favorite time of year -- tryouts all overlap and come at a time when families should be spending some time together on vacation before school starts after an intense summer of baseball travel

I'm glad we don't have to worry about all that anymore. Although my son didn't do a lot of team jumping. He was on 3 teams between 12 and 18. And both times he changed teams were because the team dismantled. 1st due to kids going into HS at 15 and the other because the non-dad coach decided to start coaching his own sons team. But, I will say don't get overly stressed about it. Enjoy the time - it will be gone before you know it. I miss those days often. I'm lucky enough to still be able to watch my son play baseball now that he is almost 20, but it's different than when he was just a "kid". Sorry, the change of season post just got me a little nostalgic.
