Just a quick Congratulations to the Sandy Plains 7U Cougars Red for their undefeated run through the World Series in Southaven, MS last week. Knocking off the returning 2011 WS Champion and 2012 Georgia State Champion Boynton Bandits was a tough one, but they got it done!
Also notable, the SP 7U Cougar Blue Team was knocked to the Silver Bracket but still made it through to the Championship Game, only to lose to a strong Winston team.
Congrats to both our Sandy Plains 7U Teams for a great Summer of All-Star Baseball!! Good luck to all our boys going forward. |
