Do any have sons that have played for a good many years & have been successful players at their age level - however now in the middle teen years are becoming distracted by other interests & opportunities and talk about quitting the sport - although they still are successful and talented ?
It seems that best move is encouragement to follow on with the years of work and play already put in , not to drop it now and regret later ?
