A couple of my favorite Herbisms are "the legs feed the wolf", "be preparied to grow through pain gentleman" and of course "I won't be your friend, I'll be your coach" and my all-time favorite "give 99% and you'll make my job very very easy. Miracle was my son's favorite movie, we watched it every night for 3yrs
