Anyone know anything about the Under Armour Baseball Factory national team tryouts for 12-13 year olds? I gather it's pretty expensive. Just curious I can't decide if it's a scam or not.
Actually it is $99 per player for the tryout and evaluation. $299 for tryouts, evaluation and video. all the info for this years tryouts are at www.baseballfactory.com/tryouts.
May 8th South Paulding High School in Hiram for the 12U-13U age division.
Do a search and check out the HS baseball web site and its forums on showcases. I only been to one Under Armour showcase type tournament in FL. Its was very expensive to enter and I didn't see many scouts.
Yeah I saw the website and searched on the internet. Seems like it is geared toward the high school aged player entering college. I guess my question is more about what is the point at 12 or 13 years old?
